A Decade Ago Chef Ramanaa Murugadas a former Biochemistry / Computer Science student from Queens University changed is vision of molecular dynamics to mother’s cooking. Thomas Keller a renowned chef from Napa Valley was the primary driving force for this transition. Upon working in many prestigious restaurants and travelling through various culinary destinations in Europe he joined Compass Group Canada to experience the co operate aspect of the food industry. Chef Ramanaa currently holds the Canada’s Highest Chef Certification C.C.C and European Wine Sommelier certification. His Moto in cooking is to maintain the integrity of each ingredient in the kitchen. Currently he is the Executive chef at Scarborough Convention Centre where the gourmet trends begin!!
